2. Website use
The public website presents ARCADIAN services, products, project examples and contact options. Software products of the Arcadian group, such as Werfvolt, are provided on their own domains under their own terms.
3. Contact forms and uploads
When you send a contact request or upload project files, you confirm that you are allowed to share that material with ARCADIAN. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, confidential third-party material without permission, or personal data that is unnecessary for the request.
4. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, test security without written permission, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful or harmful activity.
5. Intellectual property
The website, source code, text, graphics, logos, layouts and project materials belong to ARCADIAN or its licensors unless stated otherwise. No rights are granted except the limited right to access the website for its intended purpose.
6. Third-party services
The website may link to third-party services such as LinkedIn, partner websites or map/contact tools. Those services are controlled by their own providers and may apply their own terms and privacy notices.
7. No professional advice
Website content is general business information. It is not legal, tax, engineering or safety advice for a specific project. Project work, quotations and deliverables require separate written agreement.
8. Liability
ARCADIAN works to keep the website available and accurate, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Polish or EU law, including mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory rights that EU law gives to consumers or data subjects. Disputes should first be raised with ARCADIAN at [email protected].
